I needed a change from the usual sluggish-web-based message support system that a lot of music shops offer (no need to mention names) and decided to request my music from MP3sale, as they didn’t initially have what I wanted. Posted on their music request forum and got the answer and the music I wanted within 24 hours. Exactly what customer service should be.
Within this time where anyone can start an online music shop (as long as it is in the right country), it seems basic business practice is being forgotten or simply thrown out the window due to laziness. While customer service maybe the most tedious and demanding area of running a shop, it also your No.1 tool to in getting those 1-time-customers coming back to your site. So I will take this time in saying ‘well-done’ to MP3Sale.

I concur with the original poster here…
If you’re in need of some hard to find music or just like to buy songs online, just wanted to let you know about mp3sale.ru. This site can be read in English as well. It’s great even if you only use it to preview songs (using their built in miniplayer) since they have samples or full play of all the songs they carry!
- Very deep catalog of songs; I’ve been blown away at the selection this site has.
- Songs come down as regular mp3’s at 128kbps song quality and up; most seem to be at least 192. It will tell u next to the song before you put it in your cart.
- Easy to use site.
- You can download your songs individually or in .zip files (per each album the song came from) after you buy them.
- You pay in about $26 by Paypal or credit card (or more if you want which I don’t recommend since each song is about $.15), then your purchases lower your balance until you’ve spent it all.
- They will respond to questions or customer service inquiries, etc. pretty quickly via a blog type thing which will email you to let you know to log in for their response. I have had no problems with them and have bought about 100 song so far.
I get nothing from recommending anyone; just like to share about amazing stuff when I find it, which is rare. Enjoy!
